Diedre Lehman

Dierdre Lehman brings over 30 years of experience building meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. After a successful HR career with Fortune 500 companies like GE and Lennox International, she joined Real Haven Realty in 2018 to focus on her passion for helping others.  A graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, Dierdre is committed to ongoing education and key certifications, leveraging her expertise to deliver personalized service while prioritizing her clients' unique needs.

In addition, as an Affiliate Real Estate Specialist with Homes for Heroes, Dierdre focuses on guiding community heroes, including firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military personnel, healthcare providers, and teachers through the real estate process while giving back through the Homes for Heroes Program.

Dierdre prides herself on continuously seeking knowledge to better serve her clients, participating in programs such as the Texas Realtors Leadership Program in 2023, a rigorous 8-month course focused on shaping future leaders in the industry.  She has previously served on three Advisory Groups with the Houston Association of REALTORS®, and in 2025, is serving as the Chairman of the Risk Management Advisory Group and on the Board of Directors with Texas REALTORS®. 

Outside of real estate, Dierdre enjoys exploring Houston's vibrant scene through hiking, cycling, and indulging in the city's culinary and music offerings. As an officer on the Agriculture Education Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, she remains deeply involved in her community. Certified by the John Maxwell Team as a Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and Mentor, Dierdre's academic background also includes a Bachelor Degree from Western Michigan University, and hundreds of hours of continuous education in real estate related topics.
